I can't seem to find any reference for miner's haste. =/

I've kept my old (very heavily configured) config.yml so there was no 'miner's haste' entry when i updated.
I need to add it manually and i can't find the flags. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind... Managed to backup my config.yml and allow the new version to create a new one.
For those with similar problems the flags were actually potion effect flags:
potions:

• FAST_DIGGING
• SPEED
• JUMP
