I am using Precious stones on my server and love it, with only one big flaw.
Any Major city I have protected by The City protect, will not allow anyone to warp into it. All of my other warps work.
I have already set the deactivated the prevent Telaport.

The other Plug ins I have on my server that were installed before adding the most up to date Precious stones is Essentials , Tree Assist, LWC, And world edit. All the most up to date Available for all the plugins

I started having issues from the get go.

I have other plugins installed afterwards, but they have not really made any effect, like Infinite Cake and creature disguise.

What do I do? Not use city protection at all? Just use grief revert for after the fact damage?
Please let me know.

Remove it from your City Protection fields.

I HAVE disabled the prevent-teleport flag. All of them show it is
disabled. I stated that in the inquiry itself. Still no one can warp to
these locations.

What do you mean by warps?

I have Essentials and Set city warps to various areas. like a warp to an
Extreme hills Biome, a warp to a Desert, ect...
Just used the simple /setwarp (Warpname) Command. then to use the warp you
would use /warp (Warp name)

My Market City is Nihlus, so /Warp Nihlus. However it won't allow anyone to
go to it, even other Admins. Just myself.

It may just be that where Nihlus' warp point is also where one of the other
Admins placed a City protect block somewhere near the city after its
unveiling, not knowing I already set one up and just turned off entering
and exiting messages. I have not found one yet, but I will just see about
using the remove block command and just destroy all emerald blocks within
or around the city to see if it makes a dent in the issue.

You can try /ps info and it will list out the fields that are in your location.
