/ps setradius is overriding the custom height predefined. For example protection block has 15 height with 30 radius so the height would not be able to go any higher than 15 and the radius wouldn't be able to go any farther than 30 but if you set radius to 25 then the height gets set to 50(or radius 25 from stone).

I have noticed this as well.

removed /ps setheight. irrelevant with new drawing system.
