I am requesting a feature, not unlike the Modifyworld plugin, that will allow the permissions of placing certain types of blocks, like placing water, lava, fire ETC... That way i could give individual permissions to donators to place those certain things, but only in the regions they own. I would use some other plugin, but i doubt the compatibility. Also the ability to restrict the picking up of items like in market for example, where i would like my old itemframe plugin to work correctly.
