First I would like to thank you for that wonderful plugin, that is amazing going from protections to quest relative !

I did search everywhere and I can't find if it is possible to :
1 - Make the selling instant, as soon as the player click the BUY sign, they instantly are in possess of the preciousstone. The payment can or not be instant, the important is the instant buy so they can start building on the city as soon as clicked
2- Have a maximum rental plots Inside a city protection, lets say I put 20 plots for rent, I wouldn't want any player to have more than 1 plot
