Hi,
I have bukkit #1135 and now when I remove a protective block (I don't use super pickaxe) the block is removed and not appear his protection in yellow and in the database it is removed correctly but if I don't restart the server still remain the protection of a block that doesn't exitst and only the older owner (and allowed person) can modify the zone. Same problem, i remove the protection, with a pickaxe or with /ps delete but players cannot place blocks anyway. Tested several times. I use CB #1152

Downgrade to 5.9.x for now. Is fixed in 6.2
