Someone buys a field, owner doesn't claim their money yet, another player comes and buys the field. First buyer gets nothing.

We (would want to) use the buyable flag to sell plots in a market area without admins ever going to collect the money, but it's not really possible with the current behavior of the buy system. Just make double buy impossible and we should be fine.

Hmm one of my admins fixed this by messing with the other flags. I think removing rentable flag made buying work as intended.
