"Cuboid has been cancelled" upon death.

PreciousStones 9.5.7 exhibits an issue where whenever a player dies from any source in any location, they receive a message: "Cuboid has been cancelled." -- even when there's no PreciousStone cuboids anywhere.
Apparently, this issue was fixed before, as I read here: #599
However, much like the latest reply to that topic points out, it's back.
Can this be fixed, please?
