City Protect Cuboid - Draw Mode Bugged

Other plugins installed: AdminCMD, ChatManager, LWC, MCBans, ModifyWorld, PermissionsEx
My config file is default for PreciousStones. Loaded it up to test out. I placed a diamond block, which successfully creates city protect zone. I shift+click to enter draw mode, and two glass lines instantly shoot out in two different directions. Left clicking even one or two blocks away from the original diamond block gives me the "maxium area exceeded" error (can't remember the exact error). Left clicking the original block will "finish" draw mode, but the glass blocks still remain.
Figured I'd comment on this as it is more or less the exact same problem I'm having. Not using the same plugin setup, the only one I'm using that ButtChew is using is MCBans. Give me a little bit and I'll upload a video to show exactly what's happening, if that'll help, I don't know. :P But it's worth a shot.
