Custom-Name and Custom-Lore Flags.

I'd love to see as an added feature 2 more flags something like "custom-name: (custom block name)" and "custom-lore: (custom block lore)". I'm hoping it'll be possible to add them
If for example the custom-name value is "Protection Block" only blocks with the name "Protection Block" and that have the ID specified in by flag "block" that are placed on the ground will create a protection area. When the block is broken it drops a block with it's custom name and lore.
I'd also like it to be possible to add color and format codes to the custom name and lore.
Ex: "Custom-name: &b&nProtection Block" "Custom-lore: &7This block will protect a 10x10x10 area for you."
This could be useful for admins to create precious stones that can't normally be gained in survival if for they put colors in the custom name that way it is only possible for the blocks to only be gotten by voting/rare drops/buying them, etc...
For example say you want a precious stone that you can only get by voting and you want the material of the block to be an emerald block, then you set the custom name/lore to something with color or format codes that players can't normally name with an anvil and then you give players a block with that custom name/lore everytime they vote with something such as GalListener or something. When they place an emerald block with the custom name/lore it protects their area, if it doesn't it won't. When you break a precious stone then it drops a block with that custom name/lore.
Thank you.
