Looking into #846, I found that any player with the permission "preciousstones.manual.bypass.potions" will not be effected by harmful effects (And sometimes positive effects; that part is rather sporadic) from the "potions" flag regardless of if they have enabled/disabled admin bypass mode with "/ps bypass". This seems to be the case regardless of the player being allowed or not allowed in the field and who the potions flag is set to effect.
