This flag would be very useful for cases like the field setup I described in #825. Basically the flag would prevent people from using draw mode or commands to re-draw, or re-size placed fields. Said fields /would/ however still be able to have their size altered by admins that have the permission flag that allows you to make fields larger than their configured limit (I forgot which permission this was). Making this would solve all possible exploits I described in that ticket and could also be used for a lot of other interesting things.
