PreciousStones Incompatible

It seems that PreciousStone is Incompatible with Towny Advanced. I am not sure if this error has been brought up before but if PreciousStones is installed all of the Towny Commands then throw out Internal Errors. This issue has also been brought up to the towny dev team. Both of these plugins are fantastic. I am not so sure how this type of coding works or where the incompatibility lies but I can certainly guarantee that once PreciousStones is installed it functions well but prevents Towny from functioning.
The error is upon using the towny /town command with Precious stones installed a [SEVERE] error gets thrown out into the console usually poining to some type of null errror. If you take PreciousStones out of the server it will work as intended.
To reproduce this issue simply install both Towny, PreciousStones, and any Economy Plugin (I use iConomy) then attempt to use the /town command and PreciousStone spits a SEVERE error. I do not know where this issue lies (TownyDevs say somthing is not allowing write access) but I have reported it to both Development Teams as both of these plugins working together will and can be amazing.
Yep I typed that from my phone and was going to update it with the log but i will just make the reply
I posted this same error to Towny Developers and they first suggested the Econ Plugin I was using. I switched over to BOS and still got the same error. I then proceeded to remove every plugin and once I removed PreciousStones the error ceased and the command executed correctly. I reported this to Towny Team also as I do not know where the actual incompatibility lies:

EDIT: Upon research it appears PreciousStones has RegisterAPI built in? So that causes the Register Plugin to conflict I imagine?
