[BUG] Spawner type not recorded when placing spawner

Describe the bug
When placing a spawner, the spawner type is not recorded. There is no entry in prism_data_extra for the placement of the spawner.

To Reproduce
Place a spawner. Do a lookup or inspect the prism_data_extra table.

Expected behavior
The spawner type should be recorded.

Note that the output formats are inconsistent regarding the way the name is listed, plus the a:break line has a pair of parentheses which seem to serve no purpose.
