Describe the bug
On 1.16.3, i randomly get a io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: String too big error and i cnat seem to find any plugin references in the trace (other than viaversion, but this exact error also pops up without viaversion)

To Reproduce
Im not sure, the only plugins i know of that use protocollib are craftbook (for the chair mechanic) and viaversion

Yes, i know this is an old version, but this also happens on build # 483

I traced this down to happen whenever a server list ping event happens. It also prevents the server from showing up in the server list

i figured out that this is an issue with the server icon
