Whenever I am using Protocollib on my server all users get the message:

'Chat disabled in client options', whenever they try to use a command or type anything in chat. This occurs with multiple users and doesn't occur when Protocollib is deleted from the server. What is causing this and how can I fix this?

This always happens with Protocollib so it doesn't get caused by a /reload.
