Eclipse doesn't show the sources and javadocs for ProtocolLib 4.8.0 while it does show them for 4.7.0.

First i thought this was eclipse being weird but then I checked the only repository using my browser and noticed the javadocs and sources weren't there either.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternatives since I can't even download them manually.
