Hello, I don't see any connection between the mentioned problem and the linked Spark. ProtocolLib does not seem to be the crucial problem

Okay just that in the "sources section" it said it was that , hence thought it was causing lag

As you can see - the issue is caused by netty (and fixed in the latest release), but Minecraft had no time to update yet.
