1.19.3 Bug, players cant join

Describe the bug
Players can't join on 1.19.3 using latest version of ProtocolLib.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Setup Server using latest version of PaperSpigot and ProtocolLib
- Try to join
Expected behavior
I expected that players would be able to join the server.

Thats an issue with one of your plugins which are using ProtocolLib. They are most likely not updated to support 1.19.3 properly.
This happens for me as well, even when disabling those plugins
