Plugin Confliction Between Terra (v 6.2.2) and RealisticSeasons

Describe the bug
When you use the latest version of Terra (world gen plugin), RealisticSeasons, and ProtocolLib, you get an error message and are unable to join. I tried reaching out to both of these plugins and both cited the issue as not on their own. Terra says it doesn't deal with packets, RealisticSeasons says I should go here. It's just a matter of plugin incompatibility. Earlier versions of Terra and RealisticSeasons before 1.19.3 worked together, so I don't know why it conflicts now.
I ran Terra, ProtocolLib, and RealisticSeasons together with no other plugins, got the error, tried it without the other, it works, and that's why I know it's a confliction between those two plugins only. Both work perfectly fine with the other plugin isn't there. Again, I tried reaching out to those plugin's support servers first but they sent me here.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download latest version of Terra (6.2.2): https://modrinth.com/plugin/terra/version/6.2.2-SNAPSHOT-bukkit
- Download latest version of RealisticSeasons: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/realisticseasons-1-16-3-1-19-3-seasons-in-your-minecraft-world-with-temperature-and-calendar.93275/
- Upload to a 1.19.3 Paper server connected via a Proxy using Bungeecord (I can't confirm this issue doesn't persist on non-Proxy servers)
- Run the server
- You'll get an error message (see screenshots) when trying to join.
Expected behavior
The server should let you join without a packet-related error message.

Additional context
RealisticSeasons has worked with past versions of Terra. A very similar issue tends to happen with ViaVersions, too.
