Is this ever going to be implemented? Open window packets cannot be used properly because there's no way to set MenuTypes, only allowing you to display 1x9 containers

@dmulloy2 While I personally do no longer need enum wrapper fro menu type, I think it is still missing.
And reopening an issue cannot be done by issue creators when someone else closes the issue.
