A supported build for 1.19 on the spigot page

I use aternos for hosting my server, basically, while adding plugins to your server, aternos only allows those which are in its database and you can suggest plugins to add to the database but the issue is that aternos only adds plugins from supported websites like spigotmc and the latest builds which are required for 1.19.3 are only available on Jenkins and Jenkins isn't a supported website, so that makes protocol lib not available for my 1.19.3 server.

The issue could possibly be fixed by adding a supported dev build for 1.19.3 to the spigotmc page.
