plugin isnt loading in 1.20.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
installing plugin in miencraft server 1.20.6

Expected behavior
plugin to work

tried newest dev build, tried 5.2.0 and 5.3.0

Additional context
tried to install it as the plugin "interactivechat" was depending on it
