[UPDATE] Add support for JDK 23 / Version mismatch on Paper?

- This issue is not solved in a development build
Describe the bug
ProtocolLib does not support Java 23, yet. Only up to Java 21.
If you continue to use it anyways: slows down the server immensely.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install JDK 23
- Start server on Paper, while latest dev build is installed
- Look console
- See error
Expected behavior
For it to work with Java 23 😄
