Sometimes when a player is connecting to the server, i've got a strange error

Make sure you've done the following:

• My spigot is from october 14
• I don't think it's from another plugin, i had Libsdisguises but removed it
• I didn't find a duplicate
• No reload used

I don't know if it's caused by the same error, but when someone connect and we see the error, it can happens that someone get kicked to the fallback server

I think it can be caused by viaversion, but i tried to connect with 1,13,2 and 1.13.1 and no error, it doesn't happens everytimes so i'd like to know what's really causing this

Still doing it with the latest 1.13.1 build
