Error randomly occured

Follow this template except for feature requests. Use pastebin when providing /protocol dump and any relevant errors.
Make sure you've done the following:
- You're using the latest build for your server version
- This isn't an issue caused by another plugin
- You've checked for duplicate issues
- You didn't use
/reload

I remove PremiumVanish, restart the server and problem still occured
I disconnect and reconnect and all other players are kick

I have the same problem , like yesterday a error appeared and my server crash instantly !

again, its rcon. please don't pollute this issue

And how can i block the rcon !
to make the server work again ?
Edit : AH sorry i think its the admin (hosting website) i think they close the server because the cpu overload quickly !
