Hello, I have an issue in combination with the latest Multiverse-Portals build.
I've also requested help from the Multiverse-Team.

Short: I cant use one of my Multiverse-Portals. On Spigot 1.13.2 it worked fine.

There are no error messages in the console.

I used the latest DevBuild for ProtocolLib and MV.

I know this is an issue with another plugin but I hope you have an idea.
