Crash
whenever I do /reload the server crashes, I have narrowed it down to this plugin by the process of elimination

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
have https://ibb.co/ydTMLxc those plugins installed
load into the game
/reload

Expected behavior
for the server plugins to reload
