Sweep attack on swords doesn't work! (Paper 1.15.2)

Describe the bug
When I had ProtocolLib and Spectate installed (link)
The Sweep attack on swords never happened. Players had Sweeping Edge 3 and Sharpness 5, etc.
This didn't work for anybody.
I uninstalled ProtocolLib and it worked again.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
Expected behavior
For sword attacks to be normal.
