Describe the bug
ProtocolLib fails startup.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Running Paper 83, install ProtocolLib Build 472

Expected behavior
ProtocolLib completes startup and dependent plugins do not fail.

Version Info
ProtocolLib does not enable, all I can provide is ProtocolLib Build 472 from https://ci.dmulloy2.net/job/ProtocolLib/472/

I noted that I had this issue before here #887 (comment)

It felt more appropriate to bring it here.

Does it help to list that the following plugins depend on ProtocolLib:
LiteBans, SuperVanish, LibsDisguises, NoCheatPlus, Orebfuscator

All of the above plugins have been updated to their newest version, though they don't really get anywhere without ProtoLib.

Found it.

This issue occurs when using the legacy Orebfuscator plugin. I've removed this plugin and everything works good.
