The dev site is giving me error 503 when i try to load it

you can use third party jenkins https://ci.codemc.io/job/ThirdParty/job/ProtocolLib/lastSuccessfulBuild/ instead (as a temporary solution)

Should be fixed now. Not sure why it didn't automatically restart.
