To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. attack or interact on 'animal,boat,..'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. there is no error

Expected behavior
unable to attack mobs or ride boat at any way
as protocollib don't have perm node player with * perm can't override it and need an op to override this bug and be able to attack the mobs idk why is this hapen so randomly but when i plugman reload it it get fixed and need to w8 for hours and this happen again
