Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download protocollib
- Run it on a 1.16.3 server
- Attempt to join
- You will be kicked for "Internal server error" and in console it says "Failed to handle packet"
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
You should just join the server no issue
