PvP enabled in worldguard regions will turn all pvp disabled players to combat enabled... and if I turn off worldguard or simply dont set pvp in worldguard, players cant pvp even if they both have pvp enabled. So I'm wondering if it is a glitch or is it suppose to be like this. Because then what is the point of the plugin??? Pvp denied region cant pvp no matter what and pvp enabled region no matter the /pvp enabled or disabled you cant still pvp... That is just useless??

If it is actually suppose to be like that... please add an option to not enable pvp in worldguard pvp allowed regions.
