Currently when a player dies on my server 10% of their balance is given to the player who killed them, however I have certain areas where players can duel each other. I'd like to disable this feature in the regions where duels happen.

The ability to disable features of PvP Manager in regions. :)

Should be added for player kills only, check dev builds.
