Error_PvP_Cooldown message shows the cooldown in minutes or seconds, but the unit doesn't update

Describe the bug
Alright, this is only a very minor thing, but I thought it might be good to report it anyways. When a cooldown for using /pvp for larger than a minute is used, the variable shows the time at first in minutes and then in seconds, however the message itself doesn't update, leading to possible confusion.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set PvP Toggle Cooldown in the config.yml to something larger than a minute (e.g. 5 minutes)
  2. Try to toggle PvP on/off.
  3. See the respective Error_PvP_Cooldown message.

Expected behavior
It would be cool if the plugin itself would be able to display the right unit (minutes/seconds) for the cooldown to avoid confusion.

Plugin and Server version
Server: Paper 1.15.2-378
PvPManager: 3.13.8
