Describe the bug
When someone is on pvp and go into border like spawn then he hop get knockback and appear message you cant run into safezone

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to messages
2. cant see message to change you cant run into safezone while pvp

Expected behavior
change message

Plugin and Server version
Use '/ver PvPManager' and '/ver' to get both versions
