Hoppers disappearing

Describe the bug
Hoppers disappear if a items wants to go into it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the server without this plugin
  2. Place a hopper with a chest above it
  3. Start the server with this plugin
  4. Put something in the chest

Expected behavior
Nothing

Plugin and Server version
Server: Paper version git-Paper-629 (MC: 1.16.5) (Implementing API version 1.16.5-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
Plugin: i cannot tell because i don´t want to load the plugin again
