• Add a cooldown of PvP mode after someone dies (example: If I die, I cannot change into peaceful to try and get my stuff back after X seconds, that's not fair)

There is something like this in the premium version, currently there are no plans to port it to free version.
At least I think it would do what you want, if the blocked command after death was changed to gamemode.
