well this isn't a really bad bug but is a little bit annoying when i say /quester holder remove 1 it still stays in the list of holder names but its confirms on screen that it was removed

From the documentation:
"/q holder remove <quest ID> - removes quest from holder"

"/q holder delete <ID>* - deletes specified holder"

You need to use delete command.
