Make npc-giver-id a list

Hi,
this would allow to get the same quest from different NPC's

It's more complicated than just making it a list. I'll mark this as an enhancement to see if anyone else is interested in creating a pull request.

Nevermind, our change works well, but breaks the ingame editor.
