One of my NPC do not shows Note particle above his head.

Hi,
I have multiple npcs with quests, and all have the note effect.
One of them do not, event if the quest is working.
I have delete this npc multiple time, rename it...
Impossible to have this particle showing.
My quests:
Quest concerned: Sangoku.
No errors in logs.
