[Suggestion] Skip the Limit of 16 characters in the name of a claim

Hi,

I use the last version of this plugin (310) and Paper 1.15.2.

Following #572 would it be possible to be able to control the maximum (and minimum) number of characters in the config ?

Cant because the name of a region can be shown on signs like flag signs, and more than 16 chars can be used to exploits bugs
