New Falg CanFish does not work when set to false[BUG]

In Build 336 a Zoneflag called canfish was introduced
this flag has no effect. no matter if its true or false

i see the flag was wrong descrpted the enw flag is called fishing not canFish

the patchlog was wrong on jenkins. the flag is not canFish the flag is called fishing
