Hello.I found that the player can't build on his own residence.I don't know how to do.It is an issus?Or I make something wrong?I am using paperspigot1.10.2.Thank you ;D

Delete this line "destory: false" in flags.yml

I have the same problem. When I delete the line and I create a residence, it is behaving the same. How do I setup that when player creates a residence he/she will have permissions to build and destroy in their own res but nobody else?
