Running /resadmin server on a residence currently breaks it, and using /res info will no longer work on that residence either.

This is with minecraft 1.12.2. If you need more info let me know.

Edit: Seems to be related to it wanting an actual player and not dummy data. Setting other UUIDs and names manually also give that error.
