I noticed that SDFE has support for ChestShop and Factions, but not a Shop Plugin that allows for remote chests (not having to place the chest next to the sign is very preferable to some). This allows for servers who have a great deal of "Malls" to use this as well.

I would recommend adding support for SignShop (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/signshop/) in addition to ChestShop. I think it would not only make SDFE a better plugin, but it would also allow it to reach a greater audience.
