Can't allow player to set multiple homes other than admin.

Hi! I am using Luckperms as the permission plugin and I can't let players set more than 1 homes. They will always recive a error says:
You don't have permission to do that!
[command format they just issued]
I tried /lp user [username/groupname] permission set home:* true but doesn't work. I also used /sethomes:setmax default 999.
Plz help.
