What is the enhancement in mind?
An option to have a shopkeeper not take damage value into consideration when trading items. This would allow for shops to "repair" specific enchanted items for a fee.

I like this idea. I ran into an issue with this not too long ago. I wanted a villager to be able to "upgrade" a pickaxe from efficiency 6 to 7 by trading the 6 and some emeralds in, but somebody broke a single block and it was unable to do the trade because it didn't meet it to a T.

I may add an option to ignore damage values for tools in the near future.

I think this feature is no longer possible to be added (at least not as easy as it was in the past) due to changes in minecraft's trading logic (MC 1.8.x), which now only unlocks a trade if not only the item type, but also the damage value is matching.

Closing this as it is not possible on current server versions, without major changes (ex. having to rewrite and replicating minecraft's internal trading logic inside the plugin).

Adding this would be really annoying. I'll keep the ticket around, but it's unlikely I'll ever add this.
