I cannot reproduce this on my testserver: I set up a trade like: 32* sponge block with enchantment and custom name, for 1* sponge block with different name and then I put 32* of the first sponge block into the left trading slot and rapidly shift clicked the result slot. I only got 1 of the second sponge block no matter what I tried..

My test-server is running on some 1.7.9 dev build of craftbukkit with no other plugins.
